Ergonomko BASIC 1 offers several possibilities of use:

• When using a keyboard with a wrist rest, place the keyboard on the bottom panel. The 10°, 15°, or 20° angle ensures wrist balance while typing.
• When using printed documents, place the folder or another firm pad between the ledge of the bottom panel and the shelf for storing office supplies. This raises the document closer to eye level, aiding in maintaining proper posture. The angle and height of the document are less due to the narrower shelf, making the stand suitable for shorter individuals and those with larger screens, as the document does not obstruct the display.
• When writing in a notebook with a pen, place the notebook on the bottom panel. Properly adjusting the angle of the writing surface helps maintain correct body posture, reducing stress on the spine, neck, and shoulders, and preventing discomfort or pain during prolonged sitting.
