Ergonomko ADVANCE 1 offers several possibilities of use :

• When using a keyboard that includes a wrist rest, place the keyboard on the bottom panel. The 10°, 15°, or 20° angle ensures wrist balance while typing. If you do not have a keyboard with a wrist rest and you type without looking at the keys, place the keyboard on the desk in front of the ergonomic stand.
• The posture corrector in the form of a transparent panel prevents leaning over the desk after assuming an optimal sitting position. Place it above the keyboard—if you lean over the desk, you will not see the keyboard, which forces you to return to the original, optimal position.
• When using a printed document or a tablet, place one of the shelves either (1) between the ledge of the bottom panel and the shelf for storing office supplies or (2) between the fence on the correction plate and the top panel. This elevates the document/tablet closer to your eyes, aiding in maintaining proper posture. The angle and height of the document are adjusted by moving the correction plate in depth.
• When using a laptop, place it directly on the posture corrector or on one of the shelves.
